2. Made-to-Order Production

Many ZÁYA pieces are made to order. Production generally requires 10–14 business days, followed by shipping. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. ZÁYA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory limitations, or inability to fulfill the requested product.
