Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY — ZÁYA SWIM INC.

Orders are made to order and require approximately 10–14 business days for production. Once completed, standard shipping is estimated at 2–5 business days, while express shipping is estimated at 1–2 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond ZÁYA’s control. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped. ZÁYA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
